Welcome to our luxury electronic shisha hire London service page! “The world is changing, the music is changing, even the drugs are changing” as the famous phrase from the Trainspotting movie goes for those of you who recall it back from the nineties.
And so, are you looking to jump on the bandwagon of the revolution in shisha? Our electronic shisha hire London Packages will welcome your guests into the tech wizardry of the twenty-first century with the mantra of “vaping”, “cloudporn” and “coilporn”. Welcome to the vape family!
To put it simply, electronic shisha pipes operate using the same principle as electronic cigarettes, MODs and other vapouriser devices. Instead of a traditional clay bowl, we mount a techy looking electronic shisha bowl. The mechanism inside the electronic shisha head heats up the elements (coils) to vapourise the e-liquid into thick clouds and flavoured vapour.
Instead of using tobacco, we use premium UK made e-liquid to create thick vapour clouds. We have partnered up with some of the best premium UK e-liquid brands such as Vape Square 47, My Juicy Affair and E-Luxe London to bring you some exciting and indulgent E-liquid flavours that represent the best of English Cuisine such as Raspberry Ripple, Cucumber Fizz, Butterscotch Rum, After Eight, Creamy Custard, Rhubarb Crumble and more. All E-Liquid comes in varying nicotine strengths including 0mg, 3mg, 6mg and 12mg. These e-liquids are relatively heavy in PG (a sign of premium quality) and therefore produce very thick and sweet clouds to emulate the traditional shisha experience. The eliquid is handcrafted in our cloudy England and steeped using a special method to bring out only the best and prominent flavours. The state of the art facilities allow our manufacturers to produce e-liquid to the highest standard of quality both in terms of health and safety as well as design and flavours. The comprehensive e-liquid industry chain employed by our manufacturers helps to ensure that highest standards of quality are adhered to during every stage from production of medical grade pure nicotine, tobacco extract, flavouring to bottle filling and packaging.
Our Time Warp electronic shisha is proving to be extremely popular for consumption in establishments with enclosed premises such as bars, casinos, nightclubs because it presents a significantly lower health and safety risk as electronic shisha does not involve the burning of coal and does not contain any tobacco which is otherwise associated with traditional shisha pipes. In this respect, electronic shisha is legal to smoke in enclosed premises in the UK (see below for our legal analysis of UK laws) as it produces only water vapour which does not constitute smoking for the purposes of UK and international law. Although you should be careful if you are from Wales since electronic cigarettes and vaping have been banned in enclosed premises because this confuses tobacco smokers and they start smoking in enclosed premises! An excellent argument to ban vaping!
As this does not constitute smoking, you can enjoy e-shisha indoors including bars and clubs making these the ultimate e-shisha experience. Prior approval should be sought from the relevant establishment since individual venues have their own internal policies.
If you are worried whether vaping and electronic shisha pipes are worse than cigarettes and traditional shisha, the Public Health of England has recently confirmed that vaping is 95% less harmful than traditional tobacco products. If we got you hooked onto the subject, why not visit our blog where you can read about the topics such as the future of vaping in the UK and EU in 2016 (a very hot topic at the moment).
We regularly provide electronic shisha hire service in West London and parts of UK including Surrey, Windsor and Maidenhead, Cheshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Kent, East Sussex and Oxfordshire.

Electronic Shisha Hire Packages and Law on Vaping
Bottom Line: According to our interpretation of the law in England (not Wales as Wales recently banned the consumption of electronic cigarettes in public places for the most ludicrous and weightless reason- read our blog to find out why!), e-shisha can be legally consumed in public venues that are otherwise subject to smoking restrictions. Please see below our interpretation of the relevant authorities.
Please note that this in no way constitutes legal advice and is merely our opinion. Before acting, please consult the relevant governmental authorities and the venue.
Tobacco Advertising and Promotion Act 2002, the tobacco product is given the following statutory definition:
“ “tobacco product” means a product consisting wholly or partly of tobacco and intended to be smoked, sniffed, sucked or chewed.”
The Health Act 2006 provides the following definition for smoking:
“lit tobacco or anything lit that contains tobacco, or of any other lit substance in a form in which it could be smoked”.
E-Shisha and steam stones are not “lit substances” and therefore do not qualify as smoking for the purposes of the aforesaid act.
Furthermore, the Niche Tobacco Products Directory (thereafter NTPD) operated by Trading Standards Institute, Department of Health and HM Revenue and Customs provides the following guidance on Shisha tobacco products:
“At the commencement of any investigation or the offer of advice involving a shisha tobacco product, it is vital that the product is correctly identified as this will determine which regulations apply. This directory will assist in identifying the more common brands of shisha tobacco. It is important to recognise that shisha is a smoked product. In the majority of cases, the product as supplied will contain (among other things) tobacco. However, there are also varieties of herbal shisha that do not contain tobacco. It may therefore be necessary for the product to be tested by an accredited test facility to confirm that the product contains tobacco and thus falls within the definition of a 'tobacco product'.
Once established as a tobacco-containing product, the relevant aspects of existing tobacco control legislation will apply in broadly similar way to familiar tobacco products such as cigarettes.”
Firstly, the guidance on the tobacco laws correctly refers to “shisha tobacco” instead of just “shisha” thus drawing a distinction between “shisha” and “shisha tobacco”. Secondly, the guidance provides that it must first be satisfied that the product is indeed a “tobacco-containing product” before “the relevant aspects of existing tobacco control legislation will apply”.
According to a publication by Southwark City Council titled ‘Trading Standards Information, e-cigarettes and e-shisha product safety’, the electronic cigarettes and electronic shisha containing nicotine are not regulated and do not constitute a tobacco product. The publication even states that “These devices are not currently subject to any age restrictions. However best practice would be not to supply them to persons under 18 in line with traditional tobacco products.” This in turn supports the premise that electronic shisha is not a tobacco product
The Urban Dictionary provides the following definition of vaping: “To inhale vapor from E-cigarettes. Used because "smoking" an E-cig doesn't apply as there is no smoke only vapor.”
